meal planner for a choosy household

We've got a picky eater in the household, wanting 2-3 high-protein, high-volume, low-carb, no-stew, no-beans, non-frozen, non-repeating, hot meals per day.

And a small child needing no-salt, no-honey, low-choking-risk food.

And a lazy me, wanting to spend minimal time cooking and cleaning. The fewer pans and minutes the better.

I spent a few months going through every recipe I owned, making them as fast-prep and few-pans as possible, with adaptations for babies from 0-3 years.
